Rob Stevens gave a very informative and interesting talk on Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation. Carol discussed how her business (arranging guided tours around the castle, Carlisle and along Hadrian's Wall) operates and has developed over the past few years. This was followed by a fascinating guided tour around the castle, with access to areas not normally open to the public.Network Meeting
Members of the Businesswomen of North Cumbria network group were given practical, sound advice and tips by Tracey Errington of Marketsense in Penrith. Tracey, who kindly came to the meeting a short notice, shared her many years of successful marketing and PR experience, including her recent advertising campaign for a prominent local tourist attraction.
